フードスペシャリストは「食卓の演出」「もてなし」「消費者ニーズ」がキーワードで、食のエンターテイナーという感じです。フードコーディネーターに近い資格だと思います。
フードサイエンティストは正式には「食品科学技術認定証」を持つ人のことをいい、「食の安全・安心」をキーワードに、食品の成分分析をしたりする技術職です。食品会社の工場内の品質管理部門や、検査会社で、食品の栄養成分だけでなく、細菌、有害物質を測定するようなお仕事をします。食に関する資格はたくさんありますが、これに似た資格はまだあまりないように思います。
